Bridge of Hope: A Wellbeing Centre
Founded in 2001, Bridge of Hope is a community based victims and survivors service that works with individuals, families and communities affected by the conflict in North Belfast and beyond. We have supported over 13,000 individuals since we first began.
Our goal is to tackle the legacy of the conflict through a variety of holistic approaches to trauma recovery. Our wellbeing services include: complementary therapies, life coaching, counselling, counselling support, accredited training and personal development courses. All of these schemes are designed to help people manage and reduce stress, and encourage them to adopt a more positive, healthy and resilient lifestyle.
We are a department of Ashton Community Trust, a highly regarded organisation whose mission is to promote positive change and improve the quality of life of the North Belfast community.
We are an Investor in People recognised organisation that also holds ISO 9001: 2008
