Bridge of Hope Welcomes University of Ulster TJI Summer School

Bridge of Hope is delighted to host a visit from the Transitional Justice Institute’s Summer School to its McSweeney Centre premises tomorrow (Wednesday June 19).
As a programme of Ashton Community Trust, Bridge of Hope has been engaging with communities at grassroots level for several years now around dealing with the past issues through its bespoke transitional justice 5 Pillar framework. This work has been carrried out with the support of Eilish Rooney, Associate of the TJI at UU.
The Summer School students, who come from countries such as Sweden, Ireland, US, Canada, Colombia, Austria, Kenya, Philippines, Iceland, Palestine and Finland are coming to learn more about Bridge of Hope’s work and to speak with past participants.
